SuperK is a well-funded early-stage startup that offers a full-stack solution to empower small format retail stores in Tier 2 and below towns. SuperK is rebranding existing small format retail stores and providing them with the benefits of procurement, tech systems, intelligence, and marketing at scale to create a chain of mini supermarkets. Some parallels can be drawn to how Oyo has transformed the small hotel industry, Medplus & Apollo have changed pharma retail and BigC & others have changed offline mobile buying.
About the role
We are currently the largest supermarket chain of Kadapa Dist, and in 1 year we will become the largest Supermarket chain in Andhra Pradesh. We are looking for a Franchise Sales Manager for SuperK who will lead the growth of new franchises in Anantapur Dist.
What you will be doing
Take ownership of store growth in one cluster (district) of Andhra Pradesh
Hire and manage a team of 3-4 sales executives who
Work with the central marketing team to execute campaigns for lead generation
Conduct local events to create awareness of our business model and attract franchise partners
Manage the lead funnel using and constantly improve the conversion rates
Manage referral programs to get more leads through local influencers and networks
Partner with the store launch teams to ensure successful launches of new stores
What we would like to see in you
Degree/Engineering completed (can be exempted for candidates with higher experience)
3-5 years of experience in the sales and marketing field, preference for candidates with experience in Franchise Sales
Effective written and verbal communication skills in Telugu & English
Have high ownership, be a self-starter, and have attention to detail
Love to travel and meet customers
