SuperK is rebranding existing small format retail stores and providing them with benefits of procurement, tech systems, intelligence, and marketing at scale to create a chain of mini supermarkets.
What you will be doing
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process: Source, scout, screen, and recruit the best talent.
- Manage end-to-end hiring process.
- Enhance the portal utilization by posting jobs in a way to attract aspiring candidates.
- Hire for roles across the functions - Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Operations etc
What we would like to see in you:
- Proven work experience of 1- 3 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the non-TECH roles.
- Experience with job portal, social media, resume databases and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques.
- Experience of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Dashboard.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred experience in startups with on-ground/physical operations
